I seem to be having issues with the ip address on my Thecus N4100Pro. The default ip for wan is 192.168.1.100 but my Dlink router uses a range of 192.168.0.199 down to .100. I have pinged the nas, changed from Wan to Lan ports to no avail. The instructions state that I need to connect to the admin console then install the disks. I assumed that the router would have configured the nas to the correct ip but when I ping that range or try to access through a browser I get nothing. Has anyone had this problem? I checked the Thecus forums but the response given for this issue didn't make any sense.
