IP blocking

Very Senior Member
I noticed on the express VPN site an option for IP blocking.Am I right in assuming that what it is referring to is that if I follow their directions it will block my IP address so that streaming channels will not be able to a) see my IP address and b) block my IP address so I don't get blocked from streaming media from a country other than the one I want to stream from
