IP6 and AX88U

Hello-I am have IP6 turn off on my router and was wondering if I should turn it on. Most of my connections are 5 Macs, 3 firesticks 4kmax, xbox one, and four phones. Will turning the IP6 increase speed between router and devices? is it better to keep IP4 and not turn on IP6? Any help would be great. I have he latest Merlin firmware on my router. Thanks.

Don't enable any options you don't need. IPv6 is default Disabled on Asus routers.
