IPv6 on Time Warner / Native

I am also running a 6183 on TWC and these are my ipv6 settings. It works just fine for me in Charlotte.

so, what settings in the AsusWRT-Merlin (V380.57) could cause OUTBOUND TCP6 issues?

(I have a host at a colocated server connected via HE.NET tunnel to test with, and NONE of the TCP packets we sent made it out)

You're not running the HE.NET tunnel at the same time you're trying to do native IPv6 on TWC are you?

If so, disable the tunnel and try again...

No the HE.NET tunnel is at my Colo.....

therefore I can use it as a target of the IPv6 connections.

Used those settings, and still Nada:
