Is ASUS DDNS down?

Just checking if my problem of being unable to connect to my router remotely is something I have to take a closer look at.

It has been working for a week after I set it up, but suddenly stopped working yesterday.
 
I got suspicious after two days of the server being "down" and modified my DDNS host name to something else and now everything is working again. Any tips on what could have caused this and how to avoid the problem in the future would be appreciated!
