Hello, just learned of a flaw in the Linux kernel module called Netusb, does this also affect Asus routers?

FYI, a forum search will turn up a number of threads on NetUSB security vulnerability flaw(s) going back to 2015 and how Asus routers are generally not affected by it.

Anyone wanting to check can also use https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=20005

Be careful w/ such probes. If you're behind a VPN, CGNAT, double-NAT, etc., what's being reported is NOT your router's firewall, but the upstream router's firewall. It's why I make sure to place the following rule in the VPN Director whenever I use ShieldsUp, to force that traffic to bypass the VPN.

Code:
GRC <blank> 4.79.142.192/28 WAN
