Is it possible to connect two hard drives to one usb port of asus n66r?

I bought an orico hard drive dock with which you can put two hard drives in. When I connect this to the usb port. Only one hard drive is mounted. Is it possible to mount both hard drives and both are available for ftp and samba?

When I connect the dock to a laptop running windows 10 via usb, both hard drives are recognized and you can do file operations on both hard drives.

Is there some settings I could change to mount both hard drives? Maybe telnet connect to the router and change some setting on the command line?
