Is it possible to delete my history?

I've tried everything, but cannot delete it.
Code:
history -cw
/bin/rm /tmp/home/root/.ash_history
/bin/rm /tmp/home/root/.bash_history
/bin/rm /tmp/mnt/Data/.ash_history
/bin/rm /tmp/mnt/Data/.bash_history
history -cw # this command doesn't work?

People are concerned because the password is there.

Just reboot your router. Everything in the home directory is located in RAM.
