Is Mbps the same as Mb/s?

speedtest.net gives me 80Mbps / 12Mbps for download/upload.
On the ASUS QOS, they have Mb/s

So I'm assuming I need to move decimals and not use the 80/12 number from speedtest?

Lowercase b = bits
Uppercase B = bytes

So, Mb/s is the same as Mbps.
