Is there a way to set parental controls by the minute?

1hr blocks to limit access is a bit clunky. We usually allow our children and extra half hour on the weekends. Can we not limit by the exact minute?

You'll have to learn on how to configure iptables to generate your own rules, and use a third party firmware that allows custom scripts.
