2 most common things used by ISPs - 1) vlans, 2) PPPOE. They each could have their own settings too and unlike sweden most countries use (2). Some use both.

What you do need to find out however what settings are used by your ISP. Googling around can help a lot.

Yes thanks.....

The problem is the Vodafone Router. I make a backup of my configuration, but the file is encrypted. However, I have many data, but not at all.

Vlans:

FTTH-Data -> Ethernet VLAN 100/0 PPPoE
FTTH-DHCP-TIVO -> Ethernet VLAN 105/4 DHCP hostname=TIVO

Can you help me?

Thanks for all.

Regards from Spain.

First of all, I'm new to this forum and as this is my first post here, I would like to say Hi to everyone and thank you all for your useful contributions. I hope, I may contribute too. Thank you!

Vodafone Spain when on FTTH uses VLAN + PPPoE. That shouldn't be a problem BUT they use a private username and password for each client.
As you know backups from router are encrypted by default, however, if you unplug the router from fiber line, reset to defaults and login as admin with default credentials (look for it on Google), then you may enable port mirroring on the router.
That way, when you plug it back on fiber line you can capture the handshake with a computer plugged on a LAN port and so get your private clientID and password (they are exchanged in plaintext).
All you have left to do is configure your brand new Asus router with VLAN + PPPoE (with private Username and Password).
Hope it puts you in the right way.

Humm, But as far as I know, you have everything in order to get you connected (at least for data use). I am not aware of what specific config you may need for VOIP and/or IPTV if any, sorry.
If you get it through, please, let us know by posting all details here as someone else may find it useful sometime in future!

Of course my friend, i will post it when i will have all data....

The problem would be VoIp and TV, data no problem....

Thanks again.

Regards

In AC68u internet ok (vlan 100).

Iptv (vlan 105) ok but only one port (lan 3) and I have 3 tvs with 3 iptv decoders. [emoji102]

Is t posiible assign more ports for iptv in asus router? I don't want to see vodafone router again.....
