Issue with port mapping removal

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone might be able to shed some light on the following issue I'm having with my setup:

I have setup openvpn client connecting to PIA and not sure if it is being caused at the router end or at the providers end.
It seems that the ports are being removed after a time expires, Im not sure where to look for this or how to add a config to stop it.
I am running the latest release of merlin firmware on an AC68U with 256 encryption.
Any hints/ tips on assisting with this would be great.
