Issues connecting RT-AC68P to modem

I did try a new ac adapter, but unfortunately it did not make any difference.

Then call customer care for your provider - and escalate politely as needed...

Could be something on their end, not yours...

I've spoken to 2 reps via phone, neither of which could see any problems from their side. They also sent a tech out to my house, who was also unable to find any problems on their side. It is my modem and router, so they aren't really obligated to do any troubleshooting beyond the cable (although the tech did attempt to troubleshoot the modem/router, albeit unsuccessfully)
