Issues with 5g of my RT-AC66U

Hi everybody, i'm new in here. I've download the latest Firmware from ASUS (ASUS RT-AC66U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.374.979-2013.10.09), tried to configure & test it so it can finally make 5g to work... NONE, I still can,T make it works in 5g mode. 5g is not seen in list fo my SSIDs. All my SSIDs (Mine & Visitors) are Open with WPA2-Personnal (AES) protection and in the WI-FI available list (all the people around) i cannot see my 5g transmission. I've named all my SSIDs with a unique name: mine is Garrob-2_4 and Garrob-5. All my Visitors are : Garrob-visitors-2_4a, Garrob-visitors-2_4b, Garrob-visitors-2_4c (2_4 identifies 2.4g in the list). And so on for the 5g: Garrob-visitors-5a, Garrob-visitors-5b and Garrob-visitors-5c (I've configured all 6 Visitors SSIDs just for testin purposes, i'll will close 5 of the 6 later after testings. This way, i can recognize all my SSIDs. I only see all 3 visitors-2_4(2.4g) NONE of the 5g appears in the Users WI-FI list displayed; the 5g still doen't work... Any clues ??? thanks !

Are you sure the device you are trying to connect has a dual-band wifi adapter?

No, i do not have any 5g adaptor yet, but i think i'm suppose to almost see what SSIDs who are on the air, all people, including me, even those with 5g transmission.

Nope if your adapters are not 5Ghz they wont see the 5Ghz transmission only 2.4Ghz transmissions. You will need a duel band wireless adapter and then you will see both 2.4 and 5Ghz.
