Jumbo frames

Just came to know about this, then I checked device manager under my realtek LAN adapter and it had jumbo frame set to disabled, am I right in assuming that setting it to the largest size of 16128 bytes is the best? I have a 930 MBPS down/350MBPS up connection and I do a lot of streaming

Jumbo frames will have no effect on your internet connection. It only effects LAN to LAN traffic.

Your GT-AX6000 routers don't support Jumbo Frame anyway.
