Kissy-lips SSID

Browsing for WiFi the other day on my iPhone, I came across the display shown here.

How did someone get red lips into their SSID?

My Asus RT-N66U won't accept the character �� in its SSID. But it is apparently a Unicode character and maybe some routers or access points allow it.

When I posted this, the "lips" character looked like lips. Reviewing it later, it's a blob. Sorry. Never mind.
