LAN/wifi ping times are between 4ms-9ms

RT-AC68U , My pings times on the Lan are between 4ms-9ms and wifi also.

I have disabled the wifi radios thinking it was that and that didn't work.
So i hooked up only my pc and printer on the router and still 4ms-9ms..

I don't think this is normal, what should I do?

Check your Ethernet cables, swap them just to be sure.

Make sure jumbo frames are disabled.

The fastest possible RTT for a 9kbyte jumbo ethernet packet on a 100mbit connection is ~1.5ms.
