limit bandwidth on the guest network?

No. Even according to ASUS engineers it's not possible. Yes, I asked

I have found that the easiest way for me to control WiFi guest network bandwidth on my network is simply to use an old router, double NAT it behind my primary router, dedicate it to guest only and set it to operate in Wireless B mode only. With a 11 Mbps link rate someone connecting using WiFi will probably get download speeds of Just 5 Mbps. If you think this is still to much and you happen to be running DD-WRT you can try cutting the router's processor speed down to the minimum.

This is plenty for someone to check their e-mail but you don't have to worry about them sucking up all your bandwidth. If you have a big pipe and want to be generous set the mode to G.

By using a separate you can also limit the number of DHCP leases available and set them as short as you can.

If the router's firmware allows it you can also set some additional access controls.
