What command do you issue in telnet to show a list of all available commands from a prompt when using Merlin Software. Thank You.

It's an entire Linux environment, so there's no single list of commands. You have everything in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin, /usr/sbin available, in addition to internal shell commands, any binary you install yourself on the router.
