Load Balancing Testing

I have this ac68u setup in my house, I have just configured it to work with dual wan load balancing using a 3g usb stick.

I was wondering how to test and see if my load balancing works properly ?

Run traceroutes to different destination. You should see them go through different routes.

Thank you, I did, and they went different directions. There is one more thing, whenever I do a speed test it always tests my primary wan, I should be able to see 2-3 Mbytes upload speeds. My primary wan upload bandwidth is around 0.7.. that is what I always see.
My primary WAN service has higher download quota thats why its primary.
What do you think causes this issue ?
