Locking a Wifi client to the main AiMesh router?

Hi

I have been using AiMesh since its early beta days.

Every day, I have one particular client computer (PC A) connected directly to the main AiMesh router (RT-AC86U) via 802.11n Wifi, before turning on the AiMesh node (RT-AC68U).

I found that PC A has the most stable connection, whilst computers linked to the node via Wifi or ethernet will experience very brief interruptions every now and then.

I test by pinging a few data servers directly on all computers.

My question is: is it possible to lock PC A to the main AiMesh router all the time? If so, how?

I noticed that PC A will connect itself to the node, which is much closer than the main router, after a few hours' usage.

Thanks in advance for any pointers.
