You can't use dns-o-matic with Let's Encrypt, you need a valid DDNS hostname for that.
 
Thanks. But, I never installed Let's Encrypt. I don't even know what it is. Any idea how it got there and any idea how to remove it?

Let's Encrypt certificates will be used if you enabled that on the WAN -> DDNS page.

I suspect it might possibly also be used if you enabled Instant Guard or IPSec IKEv2, as these require a certificate.
