Logging in to internet behind dual WAN - load distribution

I am looking to take two internet connections and then run them through my router running OpenWRT. I was hoping to use OpenWRT's load distribution.

The first time you connect to the internet you have to log in via website. If I set up my router to run dual WAN load distribution how will this affect my ability to log in?
