Is this normal logging or do I have an issue here?

It happens sometimes twice a day.
 
Whatever is connected to that port is disconnecting/reconnecting. Could be a device going into sleep mode, could be a bad network cable, could be a device rebooting... You'll have to investigate what is connected into that port.

Who knew the numbering was messed up? For instance, the port on the back of the router named port 1 is actually seen as eth4 on bro and port 4 is eth1 on the same bro. Was it meant to be that confusing or...?
