Looking for R6300v2 Replacment

Currently have a R6300v2 which on Stock firmware pages are sluggish badly.

Would it be worth the upgrade to a WRT1200AC or a R7000?

My MAIN concern is a WORKING upload QoS (Only have 2mbps up) and good stable routing. WiFi is not a main concern.
