I'm looking for a simple switch that will do VLAN support.
Similar to maybe how a hotel would provide a shared internet access for their employees and customers, but allow the workers access to the hotel's private network

I don't think I really need a switch that is too fancy. I've been looking at Cisco Small Business, D-Link, Netgear, etc. Cisco seems way to expensive for what I need.

I believe that I need the following:
- 24 ports
- gigabit (just for future proofing)
- VLAN support
- fan-less (if possible)
- web based administration (other admins are not use to command line interfaces
) - I want it to last. Current equipment has been there for 7+ years and hasn't been touched.
- I don't need to worry about throttling users, etc.
