MAC Address as client name

Hi There,

I'm running 382.1 on an ASUS 86u, and all my clients show up as MAC address and not computer name.

Its only in the web console tho, when I use the ASUS app on the ipad the clients show up fine.

Is there a setting ive missed?

I just got a RT-AC86U yesterday and I'm having the same issue on 382.1_2 .

Are we the only few having this issue? For me a few showed but most didn't. Same results using the Asus app on my Pixel. I had to go around the house and figure out which device was which and name them manually.

382 has been dropped because of issues and perhaps this was one of them.

From release notes:

Due to various issues with GPL 382_18991, the 382.2 release is being dropped, and work is moving on to the next version.

Maybe try the 384 beta or go back to 380.69_2

Thanks, I missed that. Other than this issue for me it seems fine.
