Manually assign IP for guest network

Hello.

I have set Guest network #1 with "Sync to AiMesh Node: All". It works well but I'd like to manually assign IPs for some IoT devices.
I can't do it from the GUI because it says "192.168.101.x is not a valid IP address!".

I tried this:
Code:
nvram set dhcp_staticlist="<MAC address>192.168.1.101>>"
nvram commit
reboot

Now I see the record on the "Manually Assigned IP around the DHCP list" but the device didn't get the assigned IP after a day.
What can cause this?
(I saw YazFi but it doesn't support AiMesh.)
