Merlin RT AC5300 WAN DNS list where is it coming from?

In the UI under WAN->Internet Connection there is a drop down list of preset DNS lists, where is it coming from? Can we add to it? I prefer using Quad's but those are not on the list.

Not hard at all, Thanks!. I did not know one could input in a drop down list.

It's not a real droplist, it's a separate button next to a regular text field.
