miniDLNA personalization

I would add Folder.jpg and folder.jpg in minidlna config files, but it seems that this config file is generated only once miniDLNA is activated and so is not permanent. Can you add this two file names for cover (they are very popular 'cause generated by WMP as default cover art name).

Also I would like to personalize DLNA three:
for example now is Genre>Artist>all tracks
i would like Genre>artist>album>tracks

What file do I have to edit? how to make it permanent?
