Mounting and formatting USB

Looks like my USB is being picked up, but how can I mount and format it on the router?

Or should I do this in my OS (Windows).

If it's formatted in a supported format, it will be automatically mounted.

Otherwise, use mkfs.ext2 to format it (search on Google, this is a standard Linux command).
