My Tempest Weather Station -Offline Need some Help please

Starting yesterday just after midnight My Tempest Weather Station can longer be authorized on my AXE 16000. I have rebooted router and yesterday and after a couple reboots it did manage to be authorized.
Same thing occurred this morning.

I have had Tempest online for a number years and have not had any issues like this on any router

Thanks for any help in diagnosing this problem

It gets an IP but immediately is deauthorized. I
I am on latest version of ASUSWRT and Skynet. Not sure if the Tempest hub is failing or if this something with router.

Should also include I am on the latest Asuswrt and running Skynet

I am on latest version of ASUSWRT and Skynet.

Asuswrt (i.e. stock firmware) doesn't support scripts like Skynet, so I'm assuming you're using asuswrt-merlin.

Try disabling custom scripts in the webUI and rebooting the router. If your device can then connect it's an indication of a script problem.

Can you explain "disabling custom scripts webui" Yes, I am on asuswrt-merlin and have Skynet running, only no extras.

Yes, together with any other third party scripts you may have installed. The easiest way to do that is to log into the webUI, go to Administration - System and set "Enable JFFS custom scripts and configs" to No.

A couple of questions:
Are you using SmartConnect?
Are you using WPA2/WPA3 Personal?
Is the weather hub connecting to the 2.4 GHz band?
Are you using fixed WIFI channels?

It may be best if you set up a guest WIFI on your router using the 2.4 GHz band with WPA2-Personal. Also set the 2.4 GHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.

The hub connect directly to 2.4g.

I ended up removing Skynet and swap file and then reinstalled. All seems good for now will see if it holds overnight.
