N4100pro with separate data on each of the 4 disks.

I bought a 4-bay Thecus N4100pro, however it cannot be used to have four drives each with it's own data. (Thecus call this multiple RAID).

Is there a 4-bay NAS that can do what I want?

If there's anyone in the London area who wants's to buy my N4100pro at a small discount from what I paid £350, then get back to me.
