N66 Warranty CFE Upgrade

I want to upgrade to the 1.0.1.3 CFE but I can not find anywhere the if this will void my warranty or not?

Also I have an N66R, everything is exactly the same for DD-WRT and tomato right? I was pretty sure on that but I might as well ask

Did you check which CFE version you have? The RT-66R SKU is a more recent one, so it's possible that it already has 1.0.1.3 installed.
