NAS External Access through openVPN

Hi,
I have RT-AC58U V2 with openVPN. Then connect openVPN I can access to my lan or see all devices. Can ping my vaccum cleaner.
But cant access to my TrueNAS or ping it through openVPN. My local IP: 192.168.50.0. VPN local IP: 10.8.0.0
Where i should change parameters? Thanks.
