Need advice for replacing RT-n66

New Around Here
Looking for a recommendation to replace my Rt-N66 router that has been acting flakey for a while.

Here’s what I’ll have connecting to it:

50mbps Internet

1 Desktop - hardwired

2 Laptop - wireless

1 printer - wireless

1 Xboxone - Hardwired

1 Xboxone - Wireless

1 Wii U

1 Ipad

3 Android Tablets

3 cell phones

1 hard drive for network storage

Also, I need something with a guest network as my wife runs a business from home and has clients there sometimes.

We regularly will have both Xboxes either streaming Netflix or playing games, along with a tablet playing games or movies, and the 3 cellphones being used. Also, I have 2 acres of property, and would like something strong enough to reach most of it for when I’m working outside (which my Asus pretty much does, when it’s not acting up).

I’d prefer something that has an easy to use interface and that I can set up the Xbox’s to have priority over the other hardware.

Would prefer to not open $300, but will if it will fit me best.

Depending on the range you need, the RT-AC56U or the RT-AC68U is all you need to compare for fit of use in your environment.
