need help with port forwarding

I added a port forwarding rule with the IPv4 IP address:

but the Port still shows as closed:

You're trying to probe a private IP address (192.168.1.138) when you should be probing your external IP address, 64.132.178.89. (I've just tested it for you and it's open )
