New Around Here
Hello guys,

I have a wirless hotspot connection at work and I would like to plug a router to have my own sub net to share a printer and hdd with my colleagues.

I try the router N66U in repeater mode, I choose the hotspot as the connection, then the router change his IP to 192.168.50.1

I can connect my wireless adapter to extender wifi but I have no internet access .. ? if I try to login to admin panel 192.168.50.1 it doesn't work. I use the discovery tool (that's how I discover the new ip) and it say my wireless adapter is on a different sub net ? I look at the ipconfig and it have an ip like 167.200.x.x ..

why it doesn't get am ip of the range of 192.168.. ?? discovery tool said I have to setup my wireless adapter gateway and ip but I am not sure what to write there..

thanks for your help :)
