All depends on the L3 feature set you need. If it's more on the basic side, Cisco SG350 or 550 is a decent pick. For more complex and/or a fully featured CLI, go enterprise with something like HPE 29__ series and up, Juniper EX and/or any Catalyst 3___ series or higher that comes with IP Services.
