Need to configure a TEG-S2620is switch (Trendnet) with VLANs

I need to set TWO VLANs and make them communicate with eachother via
the 802.1Q protocol. These are the details:

VLAN ID 102
Port 20 (802.1Q)
Port 21

VLAN ID 144
Port 20 (802.1Q)
Port 22
Port 23
Port 24

Can you please guide me on how to configure this setup on our switch?

Thanks

I'm new to VLANs, but I believe that what you are trying to do is use a port to give both VLANs access to each other, correct? If so, that will not work.

You will either need the VLANs to be on the same subnets (IP ranges and subnet masks) or you will need a "router on a stick" that will then route between both VLANs.

If you need the devices to communicate with each other, put them all on the same switch and VLAN. Is there a reason to segregate the network? I.E. are there many more devices you aren't telling us about on each VLAN?
