Neighbor shows channel 0 in 2.4G

hi folks,

Having some weird wifi scan issue over here. My direct neighbor seems to use channel 0 as identified by Apple IOS wifi scan. Other scanning tools do not seem to scan/identify this neighbor at all, including metageek and internal router scans. My neighbor has no issues with wifi = works fine. Apple iOS scan tool shows a very strong signal.
I am puzzled. What does channel 0 represent? Could it be a channel 13 which some tools can't interprete?
