Netduma r3 gaming features?

I've got an ax88u pro running latest Merlin, My question is is there anyway to use features like forcing call of duty to connect you to the closest ping and not a sweaty lobby, I know non gamers won't understand but

Does anyone use a netduma or known any feature that turns off skill based matchmaking?

Id love to have these features but still have the amazing wifi performance of my ax88u
