Hi,

I bought a GT-AX6000 to replace my aging ASUS RT-AC3100. My setup is fairly simple, I have an ONT box from Bell Fibe which is connected to the WAN port of my Asus router. I then establish a PPPoE connection with my ISP credentials.

I removed and unplugged my RT-AC3100 and replaced it with the GT-AX6000. Same PPPoE configurations (very basic) as my RT-AC3100. I Cannot get PPPoE to establish. In the logs, I can find the following error message: Timeout waiting for PADO packets.

I have also upgraded to firmware 3.0.0.4.388.22525 with the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue resolved, had to tag LAN port with VLAN35 for Bell Fibe internet.

Posting in case someone else has a similar issue.
