New Around Here
Hi.
I'm looking to replace an old D-link router.
I want a new wireless N router.
The router will be upstairs and needs a pretty big range to go downstairs and preferably till the basement.
My devices are 2.4ghz but I think that it's good to be prepare for future and also have 5ghz support.
I did some research, and the Netgear WNDR3700 looks very good.
Also how does it compare to the Linksys WRT610N?
What router would you recommend for me?
Thanks!

Both are good routers. I've found the WNDR3700's 2.4 GHz band range to be a bit more than the WRT610N's.

Thanks for the reply.
My ISP requires login with L2TP.
Does the Netgear WNDR3700 support this?
Doesn't appear to. WAN connection types are static and dynamic IP, PPTP and Telstra BigPond.
