Newbie: Seagate NAS vs Surveillence HDD

Hi,

I'm wondering what are the differences between Seagate NAS line (non Enterprise, ST*000VN000) and it's Surveilance models (ST*000VX000), and it's suitability for a 4 bay NAS.

Can VX models be used on a 4 bay NAS which listed compatibility to the VN models, i.e. the NAS is said to be compatible to ST4000VN000, can ST4000VX000 used instead?
