No wireless routing or internet, can get to router login

Hello, over the last month i have had twice where i cannot route out to the internet, but still could access the router interface. I have a basic AP with mostly all stock settings. Any help on how to troubleshoot?

I have the latest Merlin build on a RT-N66U.
