Noob is this possible?

Wondering if someone can help a noob?
I have a rtac87u running merlin.
I minimal parental control set up at this stage. I have an opendns account (highest level)set up with it on wan just for kiddies.

Am I able to set up individual user accounts?

Is there some way that thru merlin I can get email requests on those using wan to Block/unblock specific websites? Ie if a study website is required asap? And I need to give access remotely.

Is there a feature that I can restrict YouTube to just "clean" videos or at least to YouTube kids but being able to block annoying minecraft videos?

Can I monitor and make changes remotely after initial set up?

Need to set up this router in another household where I need where I can't physically be around all the time.

Any ideas much appreciated.

@TIA, sorry I didn't understand your requirements completely, but I can answer your last question.

You can open web interface to WAN either directly, or using ASUS DDNS. Just please limit the access only to your remote IP. This can be setup using GUI.
