Not reveal vendor type or os

Merlin is there a way not revealing the os or the vendor type if i do a scan "nmap" i would like to have a no match or time out and if its possible in WiFi also maybe blank

Not really, no. This isn't specifically reported by the router, it's just fingerprinting and MAC OUI identification.
