Are you still on ntpMerlin version 3.4.9 as your signature says?

I was seeing similar errors with chronyd after updating to 3006.102.5 (from beta3). Only resolved it after reformatting the USB stick / re-setting up addons.

I updated to 3.4.10 still the same.

Before I consider nuking the drive let me try switching to chronyd

I just switched back to ntpd from chronyd and it doesn't look to be spamming the log anymore
