I have UPnP and Port Forwarding both disabled. Why does the Port Forwarding log show ports being forwarded? If I enable UPnP, then I see no ports being forwarded in the port forwarding system log. WTF?

This is what I see with both disabled.

Destination Proto. Port range Redirect to Local port
ALL UDP 4672 192.168.1.1 4672
ALL UDP 4665 192.168.1.1 4665
ALL TCP 4662 192.168.1.1 4662
ALL UDP 51413 192.168.1.1 51413
ALL TCP 51413 192.168.1.1 51413

Those ports are automatically forwarded for Download Master.

Thanks. Even if DM is disabled? I installed it to see what it was (since there is no documentation...which appears to be a theme with this router), but since I don't use bit torrent I disabled.

Also...any thoughts on my other noob questions in the other thread?

The firmware evolves too rapidly for Asus to provide up-to date written documentation. That's why they document everything on their website instead - they have many pages of FAQs on every single features of the router: VPN, Download Master, etc... Use the FAQ link at the bottom of the router webui.
